2. Description of Service

Creator Data is a verified creator directory platform. Unlike scraped databases, all profile information is provided and verified by the creators themselves. We facilitate direct connections between creators and brands without taking commissions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account credentials with others.

4. Creator Profiles

Creators may claim and manage their profiles by verifying ownership through email matching. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. Profiles are subject to verification by our team.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Scrape or bulk download contact information
• Use the platform for spam or unsolicited outreach
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform. The Creator Data name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creator Data is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Privacy and Data Rights

Your use of Creator Data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data (data portability)
• Opt out of data sales (California residents)

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
